We send out all our products at no charge to our customers within the UK as this cost is paid by us! This doesn't mean you pay more for your item - just check out our competition and you'll see how much you are saving with us.

We decide on the delivery method based on the weight of your items and they will either arrive to you via courier or via Royal Mail.

We are unable to give you exact times for delivery and therefore delivery dates are not supplied. Generally Royal Mail 1st Class will take around 2-5 days and for heavier items delivery is usually with 3 days from purchase as long as it is ordered before 5pm Monday to Friday. For all items please allow 14 days for delivery before contacting us.

Your items may not arrive as one package; this is because some products are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. You will however (in cases over £50) receive a reference number to track your item(s). In circumstances where we are unable to provide a tracking reference we will be happy to do as much as we can to find out where your items are, in the unlikely event they are not delivered within expected times.

For International orders please allow 28 days for delivery - we cannot offer insurance although proof of dispatch will be provided!
